Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and design visually engaging content for digital and print media including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.
Create infographics and visual aids to simplify and convey complex financial information.
Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all visual content.
Assist in the development of creative concepts for product launches, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
Provide support in the creation and maintenance of the company’s website and social media platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven graphic design experience, preferably within the financial or corporate sector.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative thinking.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a bonus.
